Shipping and Shopping Tips
Terms of Sale
All sales are final. We cannot change or modify any orders once they are placed. Allow up to 12 working days (excluding weekends and National Holidays) for
processing and delivery of your order. Keep in mind we do not stock the
items available on this website and all items are special orders only.
If a vendor is out of stock on an item then you will be refunded
the $ amount for those items. These items will not be backordered. We do not have any control over out
of stock items and neither does the vendor. It depends on supply
and demand for each item. All the items are current to the best
of our knowledge. Please refer to the maps below for more precise processing and delivery information of products you are ordering.
Shopping Tips,
Our
website is comprised of thousands of items that are shipped to you from
our different warehouse locations around the country. In order to offer our customers the Largest Selection of Party Products at the Lowest Prices we have to ship your products from different locations around the country. Each product has a warehouse code designated to it. They
are located at the end of each description, example  ,  and
 . When choosing your products, if you choose products from the same
warehouse your shipping cost will be minimal. When
you add products from different warehouse a new flat base charge of $12.00 will
be added to your shipping + per pound cost depending on the item you
are ordering.

questions that you might have.
Shipping Tips,
The charts below will show the estimated delivery times for all the products. Follow the warehouse code for the items you are ordering and simply locate your address for estimated shipping time.
Simply look at your product codes or the warehouse codes at the end of
each description to determine which warehouse your product will be
coming from. Once you have located your codes look at the charts
below to determine your estimated delivery. (See Example below).
Please keep in mind that the warehouses are closed on the Weekends and on all National Holidays.

On this item the product code begins with and the warehouse code is at the end of each description (CC).
To determine the estimated arrival of this product look at the chart
below that begins with (CC). If you live in California than your
order will take 1-3 days to process and shipping will take 4
days. This means you will recieve your order within 7 working
days. If you are ordering items from multiple warehouses
than follow the chart for each warehouse. If you have any more
