No, on our wholesale websites we are unable to offer free shipping due to the bulk nature of our products. We do have a retail website acepartysupplies.com that offers free shipping with $60 of qualifying items.
#Can you ship my order using my UPS account number?
No, we do not offer shipping with third party billing.
No, but we can accept checks by mail. The order will need to be placed over the phone. Please keep in mind we will not be able to process an order till the check has cleared the bank.
#Do you have a catalog you can ship me? We do not have a printed catalog. Everything we sell is on our websites. We do this to keep up with frequent changes in product designs by our manufacturers.
#Do you offer free samples? We can ship out samples from some of our warehouses. E-mailing our customer service at cs@partycelebration.com with the product code, name, phone number and address where you would like the sample sent and this will help us to fulfill this request. Samples cannot be expedited.
#Do you ship to international locations? Yes, it is possible for us to ship overseas. Our processor does not always accept cards from overseas because it cannot verify the information with your bank. You can try to place the order online. If it declines the order, you will need to email us and we can place it manually.
#Why is my shipping so high? We have several warehouses, which we ship out of. Each warehouse, on your order will incur a separate flat rate of $12 charge. If you can reduce the warehouses, your shipping will also decrease. Our shipping info tab explains more in detail. #My card keeps getting declined, why? Please make sure your billing information is exactly what is on your credit card statement. Also, verify the security code is correct. If this information is different than what is stated on the card our processor will not accept the order.
#Does my shipping address have to be the same as the billing address? No, the shipping address can be different. Just make sure the information for the billing matches the credit card statement. For orders over $200.00 we will require you to add a different ship to address with your credit card company so that we can verify this with your bank.
We do have a discount structure in place for orders over $750. Our discounts are offered as in-store credits which can be used on future purchases. The discounts available are up to a maximum of 10% off.
#There is no picture for my product, can you upload one?
Yes. Please e-mail or call us with the product code and our IT department will be more than happy to put one up.
Some of our warehouses can ship your items expedited, at an extra cost. Please call our customer service toll free number if you need an order rushed. We will try our best to help you get your items in time.
We would like to know if you have a specific date that you need your items by. Knowing this date helps us to try and get your items to you on time. But we cannot guarantee items will arrive by the event date stated. Please follow the individual warehouse schedule on our Shipping and Shopping Tips tab.
#What does a statement like this mean? {8 per package - 12 package per case}
This means that each individual selling pack has 8 items and the wholesale case contains 12 of those packs. You would need to multiply the count by the packs to get the total. In this case you would have 96.
